Mesa Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced P&C Engineering Manager with substation design expertise to lead small- to large-scale power delivery design projects for TVA. The role manages cross-functional engineering teams, project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, technical challenges, and client and stakeholder coordination, while mentoring team members and supporting design and construction activities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, a professional engineering license, and at least eight years of design or project team leadership experience, including utility substation project management.
