Description
Mesa Associates, Inc. is hiring a Substation Design Manager to oversee power delivery substation design projects, coordinate engineers, designers, and drafters, supervise staff, review deliverables, develop and train team members, and maintain project quality and safety. The role requires at least four years of substation or utility design experience, including two or more years in protection and controls design, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field. The position is based in Knoxville, Chattanooga, or Lakewood and requires reporting to the office twice weekly. The annual salary range is $88,590 to $100,800, with medical and dental insurance and other benefits.
