Description
Mesa Associates, Inc. is hiring a P&C Engineering Supervisor II to manage and supervise a team of five or more engineers, designers, and drafters in Chattanooga or Knoxville. The role coordinates design and checking activities, oversees project deliverables, supports quality and safety, trains and mentors staff, and may take on additional design or checking work. Candidates need at least four years of substation or utility design experience, including two or more years in protection and controls design, a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, and strong leadership and communication skills; previous management experience and a professional engineer license are preferred but not required.
