Description
The P&C Test Engineer II is a developing field professional responsible for commissioning and testing relay protection, breaker controls, CT/VT circuits, transformer protection, and substation equipment in distribution and transmission substations up to 765kV. The role executes relay, CT/VT, breaker, and protection-system tests using major testing platforms, maintains accurate records, supports test plans and safety procedures, and works under the oversight of a Senior or Lead Test Engineer while developing independent technical judgment. The position requires at least one year of high-voltage protection and control testing and commissioning experience, familiarity with major relay platforms, and the ability to work in energized substation environments and travel as required.
