Nissan is hiring for a powertrain CAE technology-development role within its powertrain development organization. The position develops predictive technologies using FEM, CFD, and machine learning; plans experiments; covers mechanics, thermal, vibration, strength, acoustics, and crashworthiness; and manages cross-functional technology development with design, testing, vehicle CAE, and external partners. The role emphasizes applying CAE insights to vehicle design and development efficiency, with a team of approximately 10 early- to mid-career members. A bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, practical CAE or MBD experience, and a TOEIC score of 600 or higher are required; automotive and mechanical engineering experience are preferred. The reference monthly salary is ¥233,000–¥439,000, with an estimated annual income of approximately ¥4.17 million–¥7.66 million.
