TMF Group is hiring a full-time P2P Supervisor in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to manage the performance, delivery, compliance, workload, and development of a P2P/AP team. The role includes coaching employees, conducting performance reviews, setting and tracking KPIs and SLAs, allocating resources, resolving escalations, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating with stakeholders. Candidates need a university degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, 4–6 years of P2P/AP experience, 1–2 years of people-management experience, ERP and reporting-tool experience, advanced Excel knowledge, and English fluency.
