Description
The Manufacturing Operator safely operates manual and automated production equipment in a manufacturing environment, following quality, safety, environmental, and housekeeping procedures. The role includes performing quality inspections, controlling non-conforming material, meeting production cycle times, maintaining equipment, reporting hazards, and collaborating with teams to improve processes and employee development. A high school diploma or equivalent secondary education, some work experience, or intermediate knowledge through education, training, or on-the-job experience is required.
