PACE Systems is hiring a full-time Assistant Superintendent – Advanced Facilities / Controlled Environments to support the Superintendent and project team on complex construction projects involving advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, life sciences, mission-critical, data center, controlled-environment, and cleanroom facilities. The role coordinates field operations, subcontractors, safety, quality, scheduling, logistics, documentation, and project closeout; requires 100% project-based travel across the United States, and offers remote, hybrid, or project-based travel arrangements. Candidates should have 3–7 years of construction experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with construction drawings, schedules, and reporting tools.
