PACE Systems is hiring a full-time Estimator – Advanced Facilities & Controlled Environments for a hybrid role. The position leads preconstruction and estimating for complex commercial, industrial, manufacturing, life sciences, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, mission-critical, and data-center projects. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, bid proposals, budgets, pricing strategies, risk assessments, and value-engineering recommendations, while collaborating with clients, design teams, vendors, subcontractors, and operations teams. The role requires 5–10 years of construction estimating experience, advanced Excel, Bluebeam Revu, takeoff software, BIM/VDC review, and cloud collaboration skills, with limited travel and site visits as needed.
