Gotion Inc. is hiring a Pack Performance Engineer to bridge battery cells, BMS, and vehicle systems. The role defines and validates power, SOC/SOP, thermal, and hardware performance; leads BMS and VCU integration, functional safety traceability, systems validation, and high-voltage pack design and testing; and owns thermal and cooling system development. It is a hybrid senior/staff-level position in the United States, requiring a relevant engineering degree and at least seven years of battery systems, BMS, or pack engineering experience, with a base pay range of $130,000 to $160,000 USD.
