Description
Micron is hiring a Package Characterization Lab Manager to lead a high-performing team of shift engineers and technicians delivering package characterization and failure analysis support for advanced packaging technology development. The role manages lab operations, equipment, calibration, audits, technical methodologies, lab readiness, workforce development, performance metrics, and cross-functional partnerships with global engineering labs, subject-matter experts, and external vendors. It requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, at least 8 years of semiconductor package characterization and failure analysis experience, knowledge of advanced characterization tools and manufacturing processes, and proven technical leadership and people-management capability.
