Luxer One Liaison is hiring a Liaison Package Handler to manage package reception rooms and locker systems at luxury apartment properties in the Downtown Seattle area. The role provides resident and property-staff support, logs and delivers packages, organizes storage, audits aging packages, communicates with residents and support staff, and troubleshoots lightweight locker and package-room systems. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with benefits including a 401K match, accrued PTO, sick leave, an employee assistance program, and provided uniform and equipment.
