Luxer One Liaison is hiring a Liaison Package Handler to manage package reception rooms and locker systems at luxury apartment properties in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. The role provides resident and property-staff support, logs and delivers packages, organizes locker systems, audits aging packages, communicates with residents and support staff, and troubleshoots lightweight package-management hardware and software. The position offers up to 29 hours per week on flexible days and times, requires customer-service experience, reliable transportation, technology proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and includes a 401K match, accrued PTO, sick leave, an employee assistance program, and provided uniform and equipment.
