Description
El Seif is hiring a Manager – Package (C&A) to manage a construction package from design through installation, commissioning, and handover. The role coordinates subcontractors, clients, consultants, regulatory authorities, engineering, procurement, project controls, and other package managers; oversees civil design and installation, RFIs, change orders, inspections, quality, safety, reporting, and project programs; and manages the team. It requires a relevant civil engineering or construction degree, at least eight years of construction and project management experience including four years in a managerial position, NEBOSH or OSHA certification, English proficiency, and strong construction management, QA/QC, contractual, and project management knowledge.
