Description
OpenAI is seeking a Package Reliability Engineer to lead reliability engineering for advanced high-performance computing packages. The role assesses mechanical and thermal reliability risks, develops test plans and reliability models, predicts electromigration and package lifetimes, investigates failure mechanisms, and recommends design, material, process, and manufacturing improvements. The engineer will work across package design, silicon, systems, manufacturing, and ASIC partners through architecture development, qualification, and high-volume manufacturing.
