Micron Technology is hiring a DLT Shift Engineer in Taiwan to support Die Level Technology development activities in advanced packaging. The role executes development lots, responds to process and equipment abnormalities, supports issue containment and escalation, maintains shift handoffs, and collaborates with cross-functional teams on HBM technology development. Responsibilities include process setup, qualification readiness, SPC, redundancy tool deployment, equipment and material evaluations, data analysis, and safety and compliance activities. The position requires a rotating day- and night-shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, and offers day, night, or permanent night shifts on a 4-3 schedule.
