Description
Micron Technology is hiring a DLT Shift Engineer in Taiwan to support Die Level Technology development activities in advanced packaging. The role executes development lots, responds to process and equipment abnormalities, supports issue containment and escalation, maintains shift handoffs, and collaborates with cross-functional teams on HBM technology development. Responsibilities include process setup, qualification readiness, SPC management, redundancy tool deployment, equipment and material evaluations, data analysis, and compliance with safety and quality requirements. The position requires a rotating day- and night-shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, and offers day or permanent night shifts on a 4-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts.
