The Packaging Assistant supports repacking, maintains production flow, prepares and packs products for shipment, and performs visual inspections. The role requires initial production or warehousing experience, teamwork, resilience, quality awareness, and willingness to work in a two-shift system; a German forklift license is advantageous but not required.
