Crown Bakeries is hiring a Packaging Associate in Dickson, Tennessee, to perform manual and semi-automated packaging tasks on bakery production lines. The role includes monitoring product flow, verifying weights, counts, labels, and packaging materials, supporting line changeovers, maintaining sanitation and allergen controls, and reporting quality or equipment issues. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while packaging, food manufacturing, quality inspection, GMP, HACCP, and food safety knowledge are preferred; training is provided.
