Description
The Packaging Associate performs manual and semi-automated packaging tasks on bakery production lines, including placing, folding, inserting, sealing, counting, labeling, and inspecting finished products. The role also supports line changeovers, maintains sanitation and allergen-management procedures, verifies packaging materials and finished goods, and assists with inventory and new-employee training. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while packaging, food manufacturing, quality inspection, GMP, HACCP, and food-safety knowledge are preferred; training is provided for motivated candidates.
