BD Diesel Performance is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join their team. The role involves interpreting SOPs, setting up production, operating various machines like heat sealers and paper foam machines, assembling products, inspecting components, preparing products for painting, and reporting to a supervisor. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, proficiency in using hand tools, knowledge of understanding instructions and specifications, strong assembly accuracy, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
