Finlays Solutions is hiring a full-time Packaging Buyer/Procurement Manager to procure primary and secondary packaging materials for coffee and juice products. The role develops category strategy, analyzes spend and market trends, negotiates supplier contracts, manages purchase orders and inventory, supports new-product sourcing and regulatory audits, and maintains supplier relationships. It requires a bachelor’s degree, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and at least five years of packaging purchasing experience in the food and beverage sector. The preferred locations are San Antonio, Texas; Glenview, Illinois; and a remote option, with 25% travel required. The position is exempt, not eligible for visa sponsorship, and requires physical work in a manufacturing environment.
