Description
JSP is hiring a Design Engineer in Madison Heights, Michigan to design, test, and implement automotive packaging solutions and develop new product concepts for customers and suppliers. The role covers packaging design, prototype development, performance testing, launch execution, troubleshooting, CAD and GD&T review, customer and supplier coordination, cost and economic analysis, and process improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in packaging engineering, mechanical engineering, packaging design, or a related discipline, at least one year of experience or advanced knowledge of expanded polypropylene, and the ability to work with 2D and 3D CAD, drawings, and production-ready documentation.
