Description
The Packaging Development Manager will lead packaging development across locations, develop a future-oriented packaging strategy, and create innovative primary and secondary packaging for cosmetics. The role coordinates with purchasing, sales, production, and external partners; manages projects from concept through prototype and series maturity; and develops sustainable packaging solutions while preparing product assortments for regulatory requirements. The position requires a relevant degree, several years of packaging development experience, technical knowledge of materials and packaging processes, and experience leading teams.
