Aesculap AG is hiring a Packaging Development Engineer for its Research and Development area in Tuttlingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The role develops sterile and non-sterile packaging solutions for medical products, qualifies packaging materials and technologies, manages packaging-related CAPA, change, and complaint processes, validates packaging systems, prepares technical documentation, and supports regulatory affairs. The position requires a degree in packaging technology, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field, relevant medical-product packaging experience, medical technology knowledge, project management know-how, and German and English language skills.
