SKIMS Beauty is hiring a Packaging Development Manager to design and develop primary and secondary packaging across its beauty portfolio. The role translates brand strategy into manufacturable, compliant, and scalable packaging solutions, collaborating with Product Development, Brand, Creative, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, suppliers, and manufacturers. Responsibilities include developing dielines and artwork, preparing production-ready files, reviewing proofs and samples, supporting new-product launches, and advancing sustainable packaging initiatives. The role requires at least four years of packaging design experience in beauty, cosmetics, consumer products, or luxury goods, along with a strong portfolio and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D or CAD tools.
