Description
Truvant is hiring a Packaging Development Manager to develop packaging solutions from early customer conversations through validation, implementation, and continuous improvement. The role partners with sales, operations, customers, suppliers, and external partners; develops folding carton, corrugated, flexible, and retail display packaging; coordinates prototypes, testing, and supplier deliverables; and manages multiple projects while supporting sustainable and cost-effective packaging. The position requires packaging design expertise, project leadership, technical knowledge, and collaboration across commercial, technical, operational, and customer-facing teams, with up to 25% travel.
