The Uelzena Group is hiring a full-time Packaging Development Specialist to lead packaging projects, support supplier and material onboarding, conduct packaging tests, and resolve complaints or processing issues in collaboration with Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Quality Management. The role requires a degree or vocational training in food technology and packaging or a comparable qualification, relevant food-packaging experience, project management skills, stakeholder coordination, and strong communication abilities; SAP knowledge is desirable.
