Description
Adept Group is hiring a Packaging Engineer as a 1099 independent contractor for a hybrid/remote role in the United States. The position supports packaging projects from development through implementation, including specification development, laboratory testing, production-line trials, stakeholder and supplier coordination, and project management. The role requires 3–5+ years of packaging industry experience, familiarity with flexible films, folding cartons, and corrugated packaging, and a bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. Food industry experience is preferred, and the contractor is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits.
