Description
The employer is seeking a senior IC packaging engineer to develop custom silicon packaging solutions for modules and systems across consumer markets. The role interfaces with product, device design, quality, supply chain, and external suppliers; defines package characteristics and specifications; leads supplier R&D, proof-of-concept builds, qualification, reliability testing, yield analysis, and process improvements; and manages packaging roadmaps and supplier activities. The minimum qualification is a bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
