Bosch Rexroth Japan is hiring a Packaging Engineer to manage packaging activities across supplier, internal, and customer operations. The role covers packaging standards and drawings, supply-chain optimization, supplier tendering, packaging compliance, requisitioning, supplier issue resolution, claims processing, and customer packaging-change tracking. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field or equivalent experience, prior packaging engineering experience, knowledge of package design and testing, SAP experience, and project-management skills. The position is full-time at the Tsuchiura Plant in Ibaraki, with a mandatory retirement age of 60 and a re-employment program available.
