Forvia is hiring a Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor in San José Iturbide, Gto. The role manages the internal flow of parts from receipt to shipping, customer deliveries, production-line supplies, logistics operations, visual management, equipment and human resources, productivity, and team management. The supervisor will collaborate with quality, production, and engineering functions and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, industrial production or logistics experience, English proficiency, knowledge of MRP, FIFO, and MPM, and strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and deadline-management skills.
