Fortune Brands Innovations is hiring a Packaging Engineer for its New Innovation Center in Nuevo Leon. The role leads packaging development from concept through launch, including design, performance testing, manufacturing and distribution optimization, cost reduction, supplier coordination, customer complaint resolution, and new packaging programs. The engineer will also mentor entry-level engineers and interns. A bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering or equivalent experience and at least five years of engineering experience are required, along with knowledge of packaging processes, testing standards, and performance testing.
