IFAB Corp. is hiring a full-time Packaging Engineer in Gastonia, North Carolina to own the packaging engineering function and lead packaging solutions from concept through production. The role covers WIP and finished-goods packaging for stamped, laser-cut, formed, welded, coated, and fabricated metal components; prototype development; drop, vibration, compression, stack, and transportation testing; packaging procurement and inventory; CAD documentation; and cross-functional project management. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience, manufacturing packaging experience, strong CAD skills, and the ability to work independently on the manufacturing floor.
