IntelliPro is seeking a Packaging Engineer – Product Development to manage cross-functional product development projects from concept through launch. The role covers project planning, risk and feasibility analysis, packaging component development, plant transfers, launch coordination, cost and quality management, and collaboration with Marketing, R&D, Operations, Manufacturing, and other teams. It is a seven-plus-month hybrid position in Clark, New Jersey, with possible extension, and pays $51.70 per hour on W2. Candidates need 4–6+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, and the ability to work onsite in the office as required.
