Description
The Packaging & Preservation Engineer is the technical owner of packaging and preservation standards for high-value industrial gas turbine components. The role designs custom packaging, skids, crates, preservation solutions, and handling systems; develops CAD drawings and specifications; validates packaging for mechanical, environmental, and transportation conditions; manages supplier packaging standards and audits; and improves product protection, safety, sustainability, and delivered cost. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technical field and at least three years of experience designing packaging and preservation solutions for heavy industrial or high-value engineered products.
