Description
Stabilus is hiring a Packaging Engineer for its U.S. Corporate Headquarters in Gastonia, North Carolina. The role designs, develops, tests, and improves structural packaging and labeling for new and existing products, coordinates with suppliers, manufacturing, engineering, quality, sales, purchasing, and customer service, and supports cost reductions, production efficiency, customer approvals, and packaging training. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or a related technical field, 3–5 years of retail packaging design and development experience, and the ability to work with CAD, Excel, SAP, ISTA testing, and hazardous-materials requirements.
