WWT is hiring a Packaging Engineer to develop and validate industrial and protective packaging for electronics, IT hardware, and heavy or high-value equipment. The role requires collaboration with OEMs, packaging specification and issue resolution, returnable packaging programs, distribution testing, packaging materials and crate construction knowledge, shipping and customs compliance, vendor documentation, CAD or simulation experience, and strong communication and computer skills. The position involves occasional physical work around machinery, up to 25% domestic and international travel, and offers a base salary of $92,000–$120,000 plus health, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
