The role covers packaging concept and design using CAD tools, specification development, physical and simulation testing, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with product development, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and regulatory affairs. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent professional experience, along with certification in applicable packaging and shipping procedures and 49 CFR HAZMAT transportation courses.
