Description
The Packaging Line Manager will lead a 24-hour packaging operation at Asahi Beer USA/Octopi Brewing, overseeing safety, quality, efficiency, production scheduling, equipment troubleshooting, maintenance coordination, root-cause analysis, process improvement, training systems, and compliance with GMP, GDP, OSHA, and safety standards. The role manages and develops the packaging team, partners with QA and other departments, and requires at least two years of manufacturing operations managerial experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to lift 55 pounds and move 165 pounds.
