The Packaging Machine Operator operates and monitors packaging machines, maintains systems and work areas, and performs quality and process checks to ensure products meet requirements. The role is permanent after an initial tariff-based probation period, pays above-tariff €16 per hour, and requires a valid B driver’s license, a personal car, willingness to work a three-shift system, and German skills at least at B1 level.
