Description
The Packaging Machine Operator loads packaging machines, assists with material procurement, stacks and sorts products, performs changeovers and cleaning, helps resolve equipment malfunctions, supports quality checks, and documents production processes. The role also includes independently operating packaging processes, troubleshooting production issues, performing maintenance, coordinating a production assistant, and ensuring proper material storage. The position requires quality and hygiene awareness, reliability, shift work including weekends and public holidays, German B2 language skills, and strong technical understanding for machine operators.
