Description
IPG is hiring a Pouch Operator in its Operations department to set up, operate, troubleshoot, and produce bubble pouches. The role includes completing first-offs and changeovers, maintaining equipment parameters, controlling materials and inventory, minimizing downtime, and coaching assistants and helpers. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while two or more years of manufacturing or machine-operator experience is preferred; the position also requires physical stamina, lifting ability, basic math and English skills, computer knowledge, and safety awareness.
