PCA is hiring a Packaging Machine Operator to assist with machine setup, monitor box quality, stack finished boxes, operate and maintain packaging machinery, complete production and safety reports, and support crew efficiency. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 45 pounds, and willingness to work overtime and in a manufacturing environment. Starting compensation is $19.90 per hour, with annual performance-based bonus, paid vacation, paid holidays, and medical, dental, and vision coverage available within the first 30 days.
