Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is hiring a Case Forming Equipment Operator to safely and efficiently operate case-forming, fiber, fiber-gluing, taping, and case-coding equipment in a 24/7 dairy manufacturing facility. The role includes setting up and changing equipment, verifying product quantities and codes, performing adjustments and clean-up, completing production records, supporting audits, and following food safety, GMP, and occupational health and safety procedures. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, food manufacturing knowledge, strong math and technical skills, communication skills, a background check, and demonstrated work history. The position requires shift flexibility, including day, swing, or night shifts, and offers a starting rate of $23.34 per hour with increases up to $25.59.
