American Wood Fibers is hiring a 3rd Shift Packaging Machine Operator, also described as a Baler Operator, for its Marysville, California facility. The role operates balers and mobile equipment such as front-end loaders, skid steers, and forklifts to package, load, haul, and unload materials, while maintaining quality assurance and performing outside duties. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and physical capability to bend, squat, or stoop; prior mobile equipment or forklift experience is preferred. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, with compensation of $23.00 to $25.00 per hour and benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
