American Wood Fibers is hiring a 3rd-Shift Packaging Machine Operator, also called a Squeeze Pack Operator, at its Marshall, Texas facility. The role operates packaging equipment to produce and ship wood shavings, follows safety and quality procedures, assists with work-area cleaning, and performs outdoor duties such as sweeping, snow removal, and deicing. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and physical ability to bend, squat, or stoop; mobile equipment or forklift experience is preferred.
