Description
The Packaging Manager safely and efficiently manages wet and dry packaging operations and personnel, including safety and environmental compliance, reporting, manpower planning, equipment maintenance, quality and FIFRA requirements, housekeeping, and incident investigations. The role supervises Packaging Operators and temporary personnel and requires a related bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED plus at least five years of manufacturing team leadership experience, along with Work Keys Assessment, reading and mathematical skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
