Description
NSI is hiring a full-time Packaging Manager to own packaging development from concept through commercialization and ongoing supply. The role partners with Product Development, Quality, Procurement, Operations, suppliers, and co-packers; leads flexible, corrugated, and rigid packaging solutions; manages supplier relationships and cost-reduction initiatives; and ensures regulatory, sustainability, and manufacturing requirements are met. The position is based in Illinois, requires frequent on-site work in the Chicago area, and involves travel to offices and manufacturing partners.
