The role includes servicing machines, monitoring production, performing quality checks, and optimizing manufacturing processes across laminating, die-cutting, and gluing equipment. Vocational training in packaging materials mechanics, packaging technology, or a comparable technical trade is ideal, along with technical understanding, reliability, teamwork, and careful, quality-conscious work.
